BioEd Online Registration Agreement
To subscribe to BioEd Online email updates and/or participate in the discussions, you must register and provide a username, password, and email address. Cookies, used to hold your personal profile, must be turned on in your browser to allow you to log in. You may maintain only one active registration.
Be aware that information disclosed in the discussions becomes public information. Therefore, exercise caution when deciding to share any personal information. Baylor College of Medicine (Baylor) reserves the right to restrict posts to information/material related to education. You authorize Baylor to edit any information/material that you submit and to delete/remove any post at any time without notice at our sole discretion. You are prohibited from "flooding" the discussions, posting commercial/promotional material, or allowing others to use your identification for posting or viewing materials.
In the event of any complaint or legal action arising from any information/material posted by you, Baylor reserves the right to reveal your identity and other information we may know about you to the proper authorities. Baylor also reserves the right to terminate your registration and to ban your participation in the discussions at our sole discretion with or without notice to you.
- You agree that you are solely responsible for any information/material or file supplied, and you will not post any copyrighted material without prior written permission from the copyright holder. (We do not confirm the validity of the information posted and are not responsible for material posted.)
- You agree that you will not post any material that is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually oriented and/or vulgar or material that infringes on the privacy rights of others or violates any laws.
- You agree that we have an unlimited license to republish any material you post. (We will credit you as the author of any material used, and you retain the right to use your own material. You are authorized to view, copy, download, and print material on BioEd Online subject to the Terms of Use.)
- You agree to indemnify and hold Baylor and it officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless with respect to any claim based on the materials you posted.
