The Math Link: Water

Mathematics worksheets integrated with the storybook Mystery of the Muddled Marsh. Students solve basic addition and subtraction problems, order using whole numbers, use estimates and measuring to complete word problems, work with structure, patterns and pictographs, learn about lines of symmetry, make and read a graph, solve word problems using a map, and answer logical reasoning problems with a grid.

The Math Link: Water is a component of the Water curricular unit but may also be used alone with the storybook Mystery of the Muddled Marsh as a set of integrated reading and math activities.

These worksheets may be used with a broad range of grade levels. They are most appropriate for use with students in grades 3–5.
